A little outside the lines.
⠀
This one is a full-on haze bomb. A DDH Hazy IPA brewed with an incredible amount of Krush, Waimea, and Southern Cross, then finished with Grapefruit Kush Terpenes to push the aromatics even further. 😉
⠀
Bright citrus. Juicy tropical fruit. A dank edge underneath. Huge aromatics, massive haze, and that soft, saturated hop character we want from a beer like this.

The Grapefruit Kush finish ties it all together, adding another layer of citrus and dank tropical character without getting in the way of the hops.

Authentic Japanese sushi and donburi from APM Restaurant Group, the team behind Ogawa (1 Michelin Star) and Hiyakawa (named Miami’s best Japanese restaurant by Infatuation Miami ). Midorie focuses strictly on traditional technique, with fresh fish flown in daily from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market. Chef Hiro Asano (Hiro Asano) is bringing Temaki and Donburi to Skip the Line.

New locations are also coming to West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, so this is a great time to get familiar.

Osiris’s Ooze is our newest Halloween drop. Fruited Sour Ale with orange and lime, 6% ABV, tart, bright, and glowing an unsettling shade of green for a reason.

We love this season, and we always bring a few spooky releases to go with it. This is the latest one, and a few old favorites are making their way back too.

Vice City Pizza is joining us this October.

A neighborhood pizzeria specializing in Detroit-style pizza and shared small plates. Owner and Chef Carlos Estarita is behind the kitchen, and this October he’s bringing Bolognese Arancini with arrabbiata and béchamel to Skip the Line.

They were also named one of the Top 25 restaurants in Miami by The New York Times, so expect this one to go fast.

As many of you know, Ever Haze is our Hazy IPA of Florida, one we’ve been brewing since the very beginning of Tripping Animals. Hazy, juicy, hop-forward.

But it’s always meant more to us than just a great beer. Through Ever Haze for Florida, $1 from every case sold goes directly to conservation work across our state. Every quarter, we partner with a different organization doing that work on the ground.

This quarter, that’s Tropical Audubon Society, and tonight at 6pm we’re hosting them right here at our Doral taproom for Brews for Birds & Conservation, featuring Tropical Audubon Executive Director Lauren Jonaitis and wildlife conservationist Ron Magill.

A neighborhood spot in Coral Gables where the menu is constantly evolving, driven by seasonality, curiosity, and collaboration. Chefs Jhonny Delgado (Jhonny A Delgado) and Richard Ortega (Richard Ortega) are behind the kitchen, and this October they’re bringing Katsu Oyster with Nuoc Cham to Skip the Line.

We’ve watched them grow since day one, and seeing them become one of the best restaurants in Miami has been incredible. We’re lucky to call them friends. They were also awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide in 2026, so expect this one to go fast.

Ever Haze for Florida is our ongoing program where $1 from every case of Ever Haze sold goes directly to conservation work across our state. Every quarter, we partner with a different organization doing that work on the ground.

This quarter, that partner is Tropical Audubon Society. They’ve spent decades protecting South Florida’s wildlife and wild places, from the Everglades to our own backyard.

That’s why this Friday, September 4th at 6pm, we’re teaming up with Tropical Audubon Society at our Doral taproom for an evening of beer, birds, and conservation.

The conversation features Tropical Audubon Executive Director Lauren Jonaitis and wildlife conservationist Ron Magill, talking about what it actually takes to protect South Florida’s ecosystems and how we can all play a part. Every Ever Haze you grab at the event helps fund that work too.

A Michelin-starred restaurant in Coconut Grove built around heirloom corn and Mesoamerican cuisine. Chef Sebastian Vargas (Sebas Vargas) leads the kitchen, and this October he’s bringing Lobster Esquites, morita, queso fresco, and basil to Skip the Line.

Friday. Crack one open, catch that first splash, and start easing into the weekend right.
⠀
Bavarian-style Märzen, 5.5% ABV. Malty, toasty, deep amber, and smooth all the way down. This is one of our favorite seasonals, we’ve been brewing it for the last five years running, and it still hits the same every time.
⠀
Fun fact, “Schwein haben” is a German saying that literally translates to “having pig,” but it actually means having good luck. Feels about right for a can this good.
⠀
Oktoberfest returns to both taprooms September 21st through 27th, and this is exactly the beer we’ve been saving up for it. Almost time.

Sidewalk Bottleshop Miami sidewalk.bottleshop is in the house. 🐟

A wine shop and bar built around good bottles in an unpretentious space, serving the whole community with retail, delivery, and a kitchen for everyone. Chef Walter Navarro (walternahuel_) is bringing a Crispy Fish Milanesa Sandwich, topped with curtido and lime aioli. On top of that, they’re hand-selecting and curating the wine experience for the whole event, so expect some great bottles alongside the food.

They’re also gearing up to open Sidewalk Diner in Fort Lauderdale in early 2027, same rum bar and open kitchen energy, so consider this a preview.

More than just a casual pizzeria, Bar Bucce is a bottle shop out of Little River from the team behind Macchialina, home to some of the best pasta in Miami. They’re also a 2026 James Beard Best New Bar semifinalist, so come hungry. We’re excited to share this one with you.

Behind it all is Michael Pirolo, one of our favorite chefs in the city. We’re lucky to have him in Miami cooking up concepts like this one, and even luckier to have him at our festival this October.
