The Crystal Cork is an independent wine shop/bar featuring local, national, and global wines. Stop in and relax at the Crystal Cork with a glass or bottle of your favorite wine, or let us help you find a new favorite. Every week we have a new featured wine, just for you to sample! You can order Thai , Mexican or Italian food, and have it delivered to the Crystal Cork! We have many favorite local restaurant menus on hand and we are happy to order and serve your food right here! Like cheese, crackers and meat with your wines? We have 5 different cheeses to choose from for you to enjoy. Or do you prefer chocolates with your wines? We have individual chocolates from Gayety's Chocolates. We also have over 80 martini's and are adding new ones each month. For those of you who like beer, our bottled selection includes several classics and other various craft beers like: Bud light, 312, Stella, Matilda and Redband Coffee Stout. During the summer months we make our own Sangria in house. When it's cold outside we even mull our own wine! Looking for a place to hold your next party? We have the wine cellar! This includes its own private bar, wash room and yes, it is handicap accessible. Do you already have a space for your party but no bar? We have a traveling bar too! This professional full bar service can take care of all your beverage needs. Each year we also have two festivals. During June we host the Dixon Beer Festival on the Dixon Riverfront. We bring in beer distributors, taste out a few of our in store wines, and of course we bring our fabulous martini’s. During September we host the Dixon Wine Festival. This is held at Distinctive Gardens. The lush gardens make the perfect setting for this wine, martini and beer extravaganza.
