Honest panini feedback time !! We recently put paninis on the menu and we absolutely love them!! Our staff legit craves them!! Getting them perfect took a few day. At the beginning we were wrapping them in tin foil before panini pressing them to help keep things clean, but they weren’t quite getting crispy enough and sometimes the foil was getting stuck to the bread. Then we tried parchment paper, which trapped too much moisture. So now we press them right on the cast iron skillet with a little oil which is the reason we have to get a small range hood to help with the light smoke from the bread. But we want to hear from you guys , how are they ? Anything you want to see ? Maybe another option ? We are all about quality and shooting for perfection! Personally my fav is the sausage egg !! Farm fresh eggs , triple pepper jack cheese! Yum 😋

Got a ring notification an unfamiliar face walked into the kitchen. It made me giggle, Jayli dressed up as a clown setting out candy this morning. We love the spirit! 👏👏Happy Halloween. Stop by and grab a piece of candy 🎃👻❤️
