Rattlesnake BBQ Food Truck & Catering We are proud to offer a northwest fusion of mouthwatering BBQ & classic homestyle side dishes. Our Story….. We are living proof that dreams come true!
(371)

Our unique style is a North West fusion of traditional Texas BBQ w/ some family favorites mixed in. It’s a labor of love to time our meat for the right flavor & texture and it can take up to 12 hours on the smoker to produce the melt in your mouth selection of quality items you will find on our menu. Pit Master Dustin Holmes has been fine tuning his system and after years of traveling from Tennessee to Texas we are excited to bring our unique flavor back to the community we grew up in. Arrive close to noon to get your hands on the freshest spicy brisket or a tender pulled pork sandwich; don’t delay because we sell out fast! It’s our greatest joy to offer high quality products at reasonable prices, and we THANK YOU for your patronage,
The Holmes Family
