💥 It’s official, Detroit.
Hour Detroit readers named us, , Best New Restaurant in ’s Best of Detroit. Reader voted, straight from y’all, and we’re floored.
A few months ago this was a 14,000 square foot idea in Eastern Market. Today it’s the only restaurant we know of sitting above a fully functioning butcher shop and state of the art processing facility, where the meat on your plate is broken down in the same building, just below the dining room.
This one belongs to the whole house: the butchers downstairs, Chef Noelle Prater and the kitchen, the pastry team, the bartenders, the hosts, and everyone running plates and washing dishes long after the last table clears.
It reaches past these walls too, to the farmers across the region we source from and the vendors just steps away in Eastern Market. Thank you for the nominations, the votes, and for showing up since the day we opened the doors. Eastern Market, Detroit, none of this happens without you.
