I can definitely see this cocktail at Toma!

With a name like that, we are drawn to this cocktail. Googling the name in cocktails we’ve found that their is no classical recipe which we were hoping for. Nonetheless it does not mean that the cocktail must be delicious. We are definitely going to check out this cocktail when in Belfast. Habanero chili is one of our go to ingredients to create an extra dimension when free styling cocktails at events. It is cheap and easy to use in a cocktail and brings lots of fun! Fire it up!

No matter how you enjoy it, sales are booming. Mezcals compound average growth rate over the past five years soared 25%. There is a long runway for growth, due to Mezcal being only 2% of the sales of Tequila. It is growing in the double digits in the near future. Mezcal will be a household name!
