Elegant, herbal, and understated.

This stirred stunner starts with a base of Leblon Cachaça, a Brazillian rum made with sugarcane. We add basil to this to compliment that bright grassy notes in Cachaça. We reinforce this with a bit of clarified cucumber and Chartreuse. Finally, a bit of Absinthe and vermouth to round out this complex, but bright and refreshing cocktail.

Crushable, refreshing, summer in a glass. This beautiful highball uses a Wheatley Vodka base combined with layers of strawberry, fresh, fermented, and strawberry mochi ice cream. We compliment this hyper-focused drink with a blend of teas, verjus, and fortified wine.

A great drink that supports the community around us.

This cocktail is a savory take on a classic Paloma taking inspiration from Chicken Tinga. We start a combination of Tequila and Mezcal and layer the brightness of grapefruit and citrus. But, then we add the savory and spicy richness of a blend of clarified tomatoes, tomatillos, and chipotle in adobo.

It's smokey, savory, bright, spicy, and refreshing all at once.

Out favorite part of this cocktail is that a portion of every drink sale is donated to Southwest Detroit Immigrant and Refugee Center. As long as this cocktail is on our menu we'll be supporting our neighbors.

We're going to revisit one of our most popular cocktails on the current menu with some adjustments just for Instagram.

ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕞𝕡𝕒𝕘𝕟𝕖 [𝕔𝕖𝕟𝕤𝕠𝕣𝕖𝕕]

This cocktail is crushable, refreshing, and tons of fun. With a base of Pisco and Buddha's hand we add notes of cocoa and mint. From there we stir this drink and top it with champagne air.

Think of it as the reimagined French 75 you never knew you needed, until now.

Garnished with a small baggie of a delicious tasting white powder surprise.
