Emerald Coast Open Lionfish Night at La Paz tomorrow! Thanks to for putting on this event to raise awareness of lionfish and the threat they pose to our native Gulf fish species.

During Lionfish Restaurant Week, every lionfish dish served helps support conservation one bite at a time. They’re delicious (and we are really good at cooking them).
