At The Greenhouse, we believe people are just like plants. With the right environment, support, and opportunity, they grow into something amazing.
This summer, we’re excited to launch the Greenhouse Growth Academy. A summer youth enrichment program that believes young plants deserve more than a paycheck. They deserve an opportunity to grow, discover their gifts, and develop skills that strengthen their future, their families, and their communities. Help us welcome some of our newest Wellness Ambassadors to the Green Team! 💚
Meet Azarieya, Aliyah, and Braylon — three young leaders with unique gifts, big dreams, and bright futures ahead of them. Over the next several weeks, they’ll be participating in our Greenhouse Growth Academy, where they’ll gain real-world experience while helping us serve our community.
This isn’t just about work.

You’ll see them helping with events, creating content, supporting guests, organizing behind the scenes, and helping us continue to make The Greenhouse a place where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
We are grateful for the opportunity to pour into the next generation and help cultivate skills they can carry with them long after summer ends. And especially grateful that this opportunity will help educate wellness back into their families and community.
