Operated by Gibsons Restaurant Group inside Rivers Casino Des Plaines, Hugo's Frog Bar and Chop House offers the finest in Gibsons Prime Angus steaks, chops and fresh seafood. It houses the perfect marriage of a classic American steak and seafood house in a modern, contemporary design. The Chop House menu features Gibsons Prime Angus beef as well as lobster tails, king crab legs, fresh fish and seafood, salads and sandwiches. The extensive wine and cocktail lists offer something for everyone and are best enjoyed with the live blues music, which is offered nightly in the bar and lounge. The Chop House received three stars from Chicago Tribune’s Phil Vettel.
