Reminder- this is a City of Des Moines - Government and a Des Moines Parks and Recreation City Park and therefore closes at sunset.
I can tell you there will be added patrols as well as other safeguards but it always helps if you see something-say something! Plus, a reward of $1,000 wouldn't hurt right?
Fireworks are one thing but when you resort to destruction of public property- you have crossed a line and you will be caught!
