Whiskey of the Week! ✨

Redwood Empire’s Pipe Dream Bourbon is named for the 14th tallest Redwood Tree on the planet! California-crafted Pipe Dream is a smooth and versatile blend of straight bourbons aged between 4 and 12 years. Making is a great sipper at an affordable price.

A medium mouthfeel with notes of vanilla, candied orange, baking spices, wood smoke and honey. The Mashbill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. 90 proof.

Be sure to try a pour this week, either on its own or in this week’s Signature cocktail, The Quail Peach Old Fashioned! Cheers! 🍑🥃

Whiskey of the Week! ✨

Breckenridge Bourbon is an award-winning high-rye bourbon crafted by the Breckenridge Distillery in Boulder, Colorado (aka The World’s Highest Distillery… and we assume they mean altitude?!?)

Notes of butterscotch, green apple, caramel, vanilla and white pepper. A nice spicy kick on the backend before a smooth, warm, oaky finish.

The Mashbill is 56% corn, 38% green rye and 6% unmalted barley. 86 proof.

A perfect late Spring sipper. Even better in this week’s Signature cocktail, The Breckenridge Brown Derby with honey syrup and grapefruit juice. 🥃
