Wh***ey of the Week! ✨

This week we’re excited to be pouring George Dickel’s 8 Year Small Batch Bourbon as our featured wh***ey.

From the Cascade Hollow Distillery in rural Tennessee, the bourbon undergoes Dickel’s signature chilled maple charcoal-mellowing process to absorb and remove any impurities before being placed in new charred American Oak Barrels for a minimum of 8 years.

The result has notes of cinnamon, honey, candy corn and vanilla. Soft palate with a gentle lingering, warm finish with hints of oak and baking spices. 90 proof.

Mashbill is 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley.

Try some this week down at The Quail & Ale. Great on its own or in this week’s Signature cocktail, The Spiced Pear Old Fashioned. 🥃

In just two short weeks we’ll be celebrating our 5 year anniversary at The Quail & Ale. Holy smokes! We can’t believe how fast these five years have flown by!

Just a heads up, in order to properly celebrate, we will be opening up on Wednesday, September 23rd at 4 pm. Hope you can stop by and say Hello!
