It’s pouring on Colfax. Pasta weather is FINALLY here and we highly encourage bites that bring this much joy.

Housemade O’s. Mini meatballs. Parm. Yep, just like the can you grew up on, but way better.

Housemade spaghetti. Lemon, parm, bottarga, levain pangrattato. Bright, briny, crunchy.

Housemade “little ear” noodles. Spinach pesto. Garlic, lemon, parm. Green, bold, and all ears for whatever you’re about to tell us.

Coastal Mediterranean, FiNO style.

Boquerones toast with herbed tonnato, kettle chips with prosciutto, charred cabbage with crispy capers. Harissa, labneh, house-made pasta, and whipped garlic toum.

We don’t pull from one specific style, instead we’re inspired by the whole shoreline, from Gibraltar to Cyprus, and bring it to our dining room on East Colfax.

Join us for dinner 7 nights a week, 5pm to 10pm. Late night happy hour from 9pm to close.

Reservations encouraged, room for walk-ins always.
