We've missed you!

Good news, our A/C is working (phew!) and we are now open our regular hours!

Wed 4-10pm

Thurs 4-11pm
Fri & Sat 4-midnight
Happy Hour weekdays 4-6pm

In case you missed it, we took a little hiatus while our A/C was giving us trouble. As we played the waiting game to get it up and running again, we took the opportunity to improve the Bar Max experience! This included upgrading our equipment for faster service, curating our selection of bottles to give you only the best of the best, and providing the bar some TLC. ✨

We are currently in the process of updating our menu and will have an exciting new menu design coming soon! If your favorite drink is missing, don’t fret! Be sure to let us know and we’ll be happy to make it for you.

Introducing: Gimlet of the Moment! We’ll be whipping up a new recipe frequently, so be sure to check it out regularly. 💚

This Monday 5/18 from 6-9pm, Bar Max is hosting a pop-up event with bartenders from and to raise funds for the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota.
