Bacon & onion jam, confit tomato, mozzarella, chive + crispy shallot. Savory, rich, and made for the start of fall.

🍐 COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH — END OF SUMMER
Vodka, Canton ginger liqueur, yuzu, lemon, pear + orange bitters, shaken and finished with a Malbec floater. A little bright, a little cozy, with a fall-harvest fade to match. 🍷🍊

Something wickedly decadent is coming to Bigsby’s… 🎭🥀

This Halloween, step into The Mascarade — a Renaissance-inspired night of mystery, indulgence, costumes, wine & music.

Think candlelight, ornate masks, dramatic costumes, flowing wine, late-night energy, and just the right amount of mischief.

We’re dreaming up an immersive, adults-only Halloween experience at Bigsby’s Folly — and before we bring The Mascarade to life, we want to know who’s ready to join us.
