Colfax has been hit hard these past several years. It’s time to shine a light on it.
Every ticket funds the Colfax Revival: a full social campaign through 2027 built to put Colfax restaurants in front of Denver, week after week. Local creators, travel and tourism creators, and everyday diners telling the story of this street, one kitchen at a time. These are proven strategies that put people in seats. Big restaurant groups pay for them every month. Independent kitchens on Colfax can’t.
That’s what this night changes. One gala funds a year of real marketing for dozens of locally owned restaurants, not just the ones cooking on December 10. Every door on the avenue gets the spotlight.

This crossover is like when your favorite two shows as a kid had a crossover episode 😉
Ch*****ne Tiger took over the old Tom’s Diner at 601 East Colfax and turned it into something the street had never seen: French bistro meets American diner, “bougie rowdy” by design. Queer-owned, with a Wednesday pasta and cabaret night and a Sunday drag brunch that’s already a Denver institution. Their motto is “celebrate everyday.” On December 10 they’re bringing that to our table.

Fino opened this spring inside the All Inn Hotel at 3015 East Colfax, in a landmarked 1959 building that was a dive bar for decades. Coastal European small plates, zero-waste cocktails, natural wines, and the original rock wall still standing. One of the newest kitchens on the avenue and already one of its best.
