There's something magical about this time of year. 🎃🌴

A season when we get to step outside the ordinary, slip into another skin, embrace the strange, and become whoever—or whatever—we want to be.

And isn't that what Adrift has always been about? Escaping the everyday. Leaving reality at the door. Stepping into another world, even if just for a little while.

NIGHTMARE IN PARADISE is where spooky season meets tropical tranquility. Where the spirits flow, the shadows dance, and paradise takes a beautifully wicked turn.

We love the costumes. We love the theatrics. We love the magic of transformation. But most of all, we love watching you lose yourselves in it.

So come as you are. Or better yet, come as someone else. 🦇

The spirits are restless, paradise is calling, and your seat awaits.

Reservations are OPEN for Freaky Tiki Tuesdays and Red Rum Wednesdays.

Pick your poison. Dress the part. Leave the ordinary behind.

Your Nightmare in Paradise awaits. 💀🌺

THE FINAL ALOHA FOR TRADER VIN. 🌺

Every great voyage eventually leads to a new shore. And today, we raise our glasses to one of Adrift’s finest navigators.

Trader Vince Vincent R M Polizzi has never been just a bartender. He's a storyteller, a student of tiki history, a keeper of traditions, and above all, a passionate ambassador of the tiki gospel.

For Vince, tiki has never been just about what's in the glass. It's about honoring the pioneers who came before us. Respecting the roots, the recipes, the rituals, and the genuine craft that built this incredible culture.

It's the music you hear. The aromas in the air. The clothes we wear. The atmosphere that surrounds you. The stories behind every cocktail. Vince understands something fundamental to the Adrift experience: to truly drift away, you must engage all the senses.

And he's spent his time behind our bar doing exactly that. Educating, entertaining, creating, and inviting countless guests to fall in love with the wonderful world of tiki.

Today, Trader Vin sets sail for Chicago, and while our little island won't quite be the same without him, we couldn't be more excited for his next adventure.

Vince, thank you for your passion, your dedication to the craft, and for helping keep the spirit of tiki alive. You've left your mark on Adrift, and you'll always have a place in our Ohana.

🌺 Join us TONIGHT to raise one final glass and send Trader Vin off with a proper aloha!

And before he sails away, help us fill the comments with your favorite Vince memories! A cocktail he made, a story he told, something he taught you, or a moment you'll never forget. We want to hear them all.

Fair winds and following seas, Trader Vin.

Once Ohana, Always Ohana. ❤️

⚰️ LAST NAIL IN THE COFFIN ⚰️

Some things are better left buried. Others deserve one final pour.

A sinister twist on the classic Rusty Nail. Compass Box Orchard House Scotch, Appleton 12 Year Rum, Drambuie, and bitters come together in a dark, honeyed embrace.

Smooth enough to seduce you. Strong enough to send you six feet under.

One sip closer to the grave. 🥃💀

This Rusty Nail may just be the one to seal your fate.

The palms are moving.

There is no wind.

Something is knocking from inside the walls.

And somewhere beneath the sound of the waves, a voice keeps whispering:

RED RUM.
RED RUM.
RED RUM.

Every Wednesday in October, Paradise gets a little darker.

The lights stay low.
Spooky movies flicker across the screen.
And the cocktails from our Nightmare in Paradise menu are discounted all night long.

Come in if you’d like.

We won’t ask what followed you.

🌴🔪 RED RUM WEDNESDAYS 🔪🌴
Every Wednesday in October
Discounted Nightmare cocktails.
Spooky movies playing all night.

Whatever you do...

don’t look behind you.

NIGHTMARE IN PARADISE BEGINS. 🌴💀🍹

And every Tuesday + Wednesday in October, we’re giving you two reasons to escape to the island:

👹 FREAKY TIKI TUESDAYS
Happy Hour. ALL. NIGHT. LONG.
Come thirsty. Stay weird. Get freaky.

🩸 RED RUM WEDNESDAYS
RED RUM. RED RUM. RED RUM. 🔪
Every Wednesday, select Nightmare in Paradise cocktails are discounted ALL NIGHT LONG.

Same spooky sips. Same tropical terror. Just a little less frightening when the check arrives.

It all begins TOMORROW.

Tuesdays are Freaky.
Wednesdays are RED RUM.
October belongs to Adrift. 🌴💀
