This week is all about training, teamwork, and making sure every detail is ready for our community. We're opening with limited menus and limited dining hours so our team can fine-tune everything before our official Grand Opening.

We’ve been MIA for some much needed down time but our head has still been in the game! During our break, we traveled to Puerto Rico to get a glimpse & taste of La Ruta del Lechon (the pork highway) Hwy 184 in Guavate. In Puerto Rico, they dont just serve up fire roasted lechon in these lechonera’s, they serve up an entire experience! We can’t wait to share what we learned with yall!! Stay tuned!!

All day Thursday, in honor of this young man taken way too soon, and his first heavenly Birthday , we will be serving the Goal Keeper and all proceeds will be donated to the Fletcher Harris Memorial scholarship fund.
