Spruce Tip Golden Ale brewed with Oslo Kveik. This yeast can do no wrong. Fermented at 95, finished quickly, full on Bohemian Pilsner flavor. The spruce tips add a subtle brightness. I’m ready to resuse this yeast!

My Double Wet Hopped Hazy Pale Ale using Voss Farms Hops and my hops from the back yard! Sweet, soft bitterness, juicy burst of tangerine, orange juice, and candy peach. Hops both in kettle and during fermentation. This is my favorite type of seasonal beer and I’m very proud of this one.

My Sunflower Saison. Sunflower, pepper, honey on the nose; dry, a little bitter, with notes of sunflower, honey, cantaloupe, and pepper to taste. Pretty happy with how this one has settled.

Brewed in June 2016 and fermented solely with wild foraged yeast off of a juniper berry from Arizona, aged for a year in the bottle after that, this red ale throws off a deep musty tartness, with notes of cherry liqueur, sweet leather/tobacco, and Syrah. As always, the last bottle is the best, damnit.
