To usher in spring, chefs Lucas Chandler and Jeffrey Webb of Blank Slate hosted a pop-up dinner and menu focused on the first flavors of spring. On Saturday, April 26 they welcomed 16 diners to this intimate, six-course dinner.
For this dinner, they chosen Gallerie Rouge as the evening’s backdrop. Specializing in original vintage posters dating back as late as the 1800s, Gallerie Rouge has the largest collection in Denver. Enjoy the food p**n!
