Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar Originally established as a fire station in 1881 and named after one of Denver’s earliest firemen, Redwood “Woodie” Fisher.

Enjoy intentional, thoughtful design and menu items that will surprise, intrigue, and welcome. Located in a national registered historic structure in the Union Station neighborhood, and Denver’s oldest standing fire station – Hose House No. 1 – Woodie Fisher is a neighborhood gathering place with an emphasis on sustainable, seasonal and fresh cuisine from Chef Franco Ruiz. The restaurant boasts an elevated service experience, bright and airy dining room, bar, chef’s table, private dining space and ample patio seating.
