TASTING WITH THE EXPERT - FRANK-LIN WITH CAMPUGET
WEDNESDAY MARCH 18th [meet + greet starts a little earlier at 5:30, with tasting to follow promptly at 6]
On Wednesday the 18th, we’re welcoming Frank-Lin Dunne, third-generation steward of Château de Campuget, for an evening exploring the wines of this historic Rhône estate.
While Campuget is firmly rooted in the Rhône, what makes this lineup especially interesting is how the estate embraces grapes you almost never see grown in France, let alone featured alongside traditional Rhône varieties. Mediterranean varieties like Vermentino, and even the Georgian grape Saperavi, appear here next to classic Rhône stalwarts like Syrah and Viognier—a reflection of Campuget’s curiosity, experimentation, and the unique climate of Costières de Nîmes where Rhône and Mediterranean influences meet.
It’s a rare opportunity to taste these wines with the family behind them, hear the story of the estate, and explore how both tradition and unexpected varieties coexist in the vineyards.
Meet + Greet with Frank-Lin Dunne: 5:30 PM
Guided Wine + Cheese Tasting: 6:00 PM sharp
Reservations can be made through the link on the main page of our website or directly on OpenTable.
Our friends at St. Kilian’s Cheese Shop have once again curated a thoughtful cheese pairing to accompany the wines [please make note of any dietary restrictions in your reservation]. The Campuget wine + cheese experience with Frank-Lin is only $60 and all featured bottles will be available 30% off this evening only, and signed by Frank-Lin while supplies last.
