Barista Pick!! The Shaken espresso is for when you might not feel like drinking a whole latte but still need that espresso kick in the morning. It’s Bearded Man espresso, shaken with ice, topped with cream or milk of your choice and I personally love a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Drink it straight up or add a syrup of your choice!

Have you noticed the beautiful etched glass between all the booths in our tasting room? That was all repurposed from a restaurant called the Briarwood Inn in Golden Colorado that unfortunately closed in 2018. The etched glass along with the real wood of the booths makes it feel you stepped into a speakeasy in the 1920s. All part of the amazing aesthetic of the distillery!

What exactly is a café cubano? Well, we can show you! You take 3 oz of water in the bottom of a Moka pot, lightly pack in the finely ground coffee, we recommend Café Bustelo, to the top and make sure there are no grounds on the rim to create a tight seal. Heat the pot until the first 1-2 teaspoons of coffee brew out of the top and catch it before the rest brews. Combine with 1 tablespoon of sugar and whisk until light brown and foamy. Add the rest of the brew coffee, swirl gently to make sure all the sugar is dissolved and enjoy! This extra strength coffee packs a punch and will fuel you through your day!
