Michael's Aperitivo Speakeasy just opened, and the rooftop patio is packed: It's already the trendiest pre-dinner cocktail joint in Denver! 🍸 Everyone keeps ordering Americanos, a refreshing combination of Campari, sweet vermouth, and seltzer. To keep up with demand, Michael put the Americano cocktail on tap: It's pre-mixed in a Cornelius Keg and force carbonated, for extra bubbles. One keg serves 100 Americanos, and Michael goes through 2 kegs a night!

Michaels' Aperitivo Speakeasy is modeled on three rooftop terrace (Terrazza) bars in Florence:
- The B-Roof at Hotel Baglioni: A multilevel terrace with hanging vines
- The Angel Roofbar at the Hotel Calimala, with terracotta surrounded by greenery
- The La Terrazza: at the top of a medieval tower at the Hotel Continentale.
At these rooftop bars, you get a view of cathedrals and the Tuscan hillside. At Michael's Aperitivo Speakeasy, you get a view of Union Station, and the Flatiron mountains - Benvenuto! 🍸

Michael stirs a special Negroni variation; there are 6 on the menu. The traditional Negroni is equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari. With that much Campari, the Negroni is an acquired taste: You'll hate it ... until you can't get enough of it! Michael serves up an Americano Shandy: A refreshing mix of Italian beer with sweet vermouth and Campari. It's one of the favorites at Michael's Aperitivo Speakeasy in Denver. Olives are complimentary - Aperitivo hour before dinner has light snacks to avoid an empty stomach.
