For Chef Angel, cooking has always been more than a profession. Raised by a chef father and a mother who was always creating something special in the kitchen, food has been woven into his life from the very beginning. It's part of his family's story, and now it's a part of ours.

That passion has led him through an incredible career, from owning and operating multiple restaurants to building his own private chef business. Every dish reflects years of experience, curiosity, and a love for bringing people together around the table.

Travel continues to shape his approach, inspiring new flavors, techniques, and ideas that find their way onto every menu he creates. When he's not in the kitchen, you'll find him with his family, the people who continue to inspire him most.

A lover of a perfectly balanced Last Word and the proud owner of the quote, “If I only wanted one drink, I’d go to communion,” Rico brings sharp hospitality and even sharper cocktail knowledge behind the bar.
Made famous by the song he technically preceded, “Rico Suave” was forged in the chaos of BOH before making the jump to FOH dominance. Somewhere along the way, he also became pretty damn good at making cocktails.
