Your friends at MBS Seed wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season and a very Merry Christmas.

We are truly grateful for your continued business and support throughout the year, it means more to us than we can say.

As has been our tradition, our office will be closed from December 19-January 2 allowing our team time to be with their families.

We’re so thankful for the opportunity to serve you and truly appreciate the business you've given us this year. You make what we do meaningful!

Our Denton County Soft Red Winter Wheat harvest was completed last month resulting in an exceptional crop! Beautiful grains! A sample has already been sent to the lab for our mandatory quality control, as we always do for every crop. We are super excited to get this into our customers hands to craft Hazy IPAs, Hefeweizens, Bourbons, Wheat Whiskeys, Vodkas and the list goes on.
Wheat adds body, mouthfeel and a silky finish.

This got me thinking about the process from seed to soil, harvest to still.. there’s beauty in keeping it simple.

The path from farm to bottle isn’t always easy, but it is honest. It’s about growing with care, crafting with purpose, and letting quality speak for itself.

Here’s to simple ingredients, strong roots, and the hands that make it all happen.

It really means a lot when someone takes the time to capture what this work really looks like... long hot afternoons, dusty old boots, and all. Farming isn’t always pretty, but it’s real, and it’s what we love.
