NOW HIRING:
Beer & Wine Production Lead

We are a local brewery and winery located in an old Methodist church in downtown Dennison. We make all of our beers and wines in-house. Currently, we allow customers to bring in/order in food, but we will have our own kitchen open this year!

We are open Thursdays 4pm – 9pm, Fridays 4pm to midnight, Saturdays 11am to midnight, and Sundays 12pm to 6pm.



BEER & WINE PRODUCTION LEAD

General Responsibilities:
– Physically brewing, transferring, and packaging beer
– Safely using industrial cleaning products
– Maintaining a safe and clean environment
– Collecting and recording accurate data
– Performing other production tasks as needed
– Helping maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
– Moving production materials and finished goods
– Helping maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Performing other duties as assigned by Brewmaster
– Heavy lifting required

Job Qualifications:
– Craft beer industry related experience preferred but not required
– Passion for craft beer
– Must be at least 21 years of age
– Ability to work flexible or extended hours

HIRING: KITCHEN LEAD

Holy Moley Brewing Company is a brewery and winery in Dennison, Ohio, and very soon will be opening a kitchen! We are seeking a Kitchen Lead to help operate our kitchen.

As the Kitchen Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and service standards.

POSITION DETAILS:

- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to deliver exceptional dishes aligned with menu specifications.
- Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Implement and uphold food safety sanitizing procedures and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations, dietary requirements, and safety protocols in the kitchen environment.
- Monitor food service management processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Support the training and development of team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.

EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED):

- Hands-on kitchen experience with expertise in food safety sanitizing procedures, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities to motivate teams and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
- Previous restaurant management or food service management experience.

Currently, our business hours are:
- Thursdays 4pm - 9pm
- Fridays 4pm - midnight
Saturdays 11am - midnight
- Sundays 12pm - 6pm

We anticipate that the kitchen lead will be working hours within and outside of these business hours, to help prep before and then to operate kitchen during service hours.
