It’s Friday so it’s time to get fancy! Tonight’s specials are Gnocchi with lobster cream sauce, grilled twin lobster tails and broccolini for entree; a Beet and Burrata salad with toasted pistachio vinaigrette AND a rustic apple tart with cinnamon ice cream for dessert. I’ve also got a fabulous Australian Chardonnay and a French Chablis that, why uniquely different, both offer a lovely pairing. See y’all tonight!
