Last, but certainly not least Open BTL’s in-house sommelier, Rey, is talking about this month’s Collector’s Wine Flight. These wines are top shelf wines, and we are thrilled to share them with you.

This lineup has a little something for everyone: from an Etna Bianco wine grown on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, Vistamare which is a blend of Vermentino, Piano, and Viognier, an Etna Rosso, a beautiful Barolo, and Promis which is a red blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Sangiovese.

This lineup has a little something for everyone: from a Vermentino white wine, to an Etna Bianca wine made of 100% Carricante grapes, a slightly fruity and spicy Cannonau (Grenache), and finally an aromatic Etna Rosso Nerello Mascalese.

We’re getting very close to to our dinner event, Autumn Is Approaching, and there are still a few seats available for this special evening!

Join us Saturday, September 5 for five courses of thoughtfully prepared fall dishes, paired with fine wine and served in the warm, relaxed atmosphere of Open BTL.

From deviled eggs and caramelized onion tartlets to balsamic fig & shallot chicken thighs and caramel apple cheesecake, it’s the kind of dinner you’ll want to take your time with.

Doors open at 5 PM with welcome bubbles, and dinner begins at 5:30.

Seating is limited, and once these last spots are gone, that’s it!

$95 per person. Reservations are required.

We’re getting pretty excited about this event.

On Saturday, September 5, we’re hosting a five-course fall dinner here at Open BTL, with wine paired throughout the evening. Our “Fall is Approaching” evening kicks off with Welcome Bubbles at 5pm, dinner at 5:30pm, with a menu full of fall flavors from start to finish.

You just don’t get many evenings like this in Delaware. Good food, good wine, a room full of great company, with time for you and your loved ones to sit and linger on the patio.

Tickets are $95 per person and reservations are required. So be sure to buy your tickets today as we have a limited number of seats, and we’d really love to see you there.
