Erich’s liter bottling of Grüner Veltliner has improved over the last decade and is now one of the very best that we offer. It’s a perfect foil for the infectious drinkability that this variety is known for but has an extra level of clarity and complexity that is sometimes missing from this category. Fermented entirely in stainless steel from estate grown. Loess dominated vineyards in the Kremstal.”

• This is a Cru Beaujolais not a nouveau, we celebrate all Beaujolais on our Beaujolais Nouveau Release Day Party (11/19!!!) including several nouveau expressions, a Beaujolais/Gamay glass pour takeover, AND a complete Cru tasting featuring one expression from each Cru. JOIN US 😁🍇

🍇 Matassa VDF Blanc Cuvée Alexandria - 2025 - 100% Muscat d’Alexandria - Organic, no sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered, seven day, whole-cluster maceration. Aged seven months in 1000L stoneware amphora. The wine comes from a single vineyard with red schist soils (Alexandria) and is named after it. - $61

🍇 Matassa VDF Blanc Cuvée Marguerite - 2025 - Macabeu, Muscat d’Alexandrie, Muscat Petit Grain - Organic, no sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered, The wine is a blend of three parcels and named after Tom’s (winemaker) wife Natalie’s grandmother. - $56

🍇 Matassa Olla Blanc - 2025 - 20% Grenache Blanc, 20% Macabeu, 20% Muscat d’Alexandrie, 40% Muscat Petit Grain - Organic, no sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered, 3 day whole-cluster maceration. Vinified and aged in concrete. - $46

🍇 Matassa Olla Rouge - 2025 - 60% Grenache Noir, 20% Grenache Gris, 20% Grenache Blanc - Organic, no sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered, Grapes are co-fermented in concrete and see a five day whole-cluster maceration. Pressed and racked back into concrete for aging. - $46
