Come see what the Windsor Tasting Room is serving up this weekend!

This week’s Cocktail of the Week is the Cranberry Rosemary Fizz, which sounds elegant and restrained, but is in fact metaphorically three raccoons in a trench coat. Adorable but with sharp, tiny teeth.

Made with 1874 Gin, cranberry juice, tonic water, and fresh rosemary, it’s bright, crisp, a little herbal, and just tart enough to keep things interesting. Which, if we’re being honest, we can all use a more more of.

So if you find yourself in need of a drink that feels both refreshing and vaguely like three mammals in an overcoat, come see us at the Windsor Tasting Room and get the Cranberry Rosemary Fizz while it’s this week’s featured pour.
