What’s a Grissette? A Grissette is a historic low-alcohol farmhouse ale originally brewed for coal miners to refresh on after their shift. Its origins came from the border of France and Belgium. Crisp, some citrus, some spice.

Our cute rockstar host and jack of two+ years, Stella, is modeling to show you how stylish they can be! 👩🏻‍🎤

Stella will be headed to NY later this month to follow her dreams and she will be taking a piece of our hearts. Stella is the daughter of our longtime electrician at the pub, Larry. This was her first part-time job in high school. We’ve watched her grow up and have shedded many tears already to see her go.
Stella, we hope all your dreams come true and you keep impacting and making your mark wherever you go ❤️

5 amazing cheeses picked by our chef and cheese monger Bernard Deuce McKoy II paired with 5 incredible beers (plus a welcome beer) from Allagash Brewing Co.

Mike & Ardis are one of our favorite and most loyal regulars.
You may recognize them from our monthly Beer & Cheese’s, any of our beer events, or just sitting at the bar grabbing a few beers! They know all of our staff by name and are quick to get to get to know any new face they encounter. They have been part of our family for years and light up the pub every time they walk in!

They truly encompass everything that we strive for here at the Pub and are so happy to have them at all of our anniversary celebrations ❤️

We are beyond blessed for our community who have supported us since the very start and have continued to support us as we grow. Because of YOU is why we can be the coolest and most complete pub around!
