Perched on Spring Mountain in Napa Valley, Paloma is renowned for its dedication to Merlot—its signature varietal and award-winning flagship.

Thoughtfully crafted cheese boards will complement each pour, while live acoustic music from John Victory of Victory Underground sets the tone for a vibrant, relaxed evening.
