Hello Oakleys Family, it’s Eric and Oakley here…
Today we celebrate 2 years of Oakleys. And honestly… it’s hard to put into words just how much this place, and the people who have made it what it is, mean to us.
First and foremost, THANK YOU to our community and our guests 🧡
When we opened our doors two years ago, we could have never planned for Oakleys to become what it has. The support, the love, the regulars who have become friends, the families who keep coming back, and everyone who has walked through our doors — you have made this place what it is.
Without our guests, we have nothing. You are the lifeline of Oakleys. You keep the doors open, you keep us busy, and you give us a reason to keep pushing forward every single day. We are incredibly grateful for every meal, every visit, every review, every recommendation, and every person who has chosen to spend part of their day with us.
Second, we have to thank our team. From the front of the house to the back of the house — our hosts, servers, bartenders, food runners, bussers, line cooks, dishwashers and everyone in between.
We truly believe that we succeed as a team or we fail as a team. There is no one person who makes Oakleys what it is.
Some of our team members have been here since the very beginning, and man… what a wild ride it has been from 2024 to now. 😂 There have been plenty of hiccups, challenges, long days and moments where we’ve had to figure things out as we went. But through all of it, they stuck with Oakleys.
We’ve grown together. We’ve learned together. And every day, we continue to work toward one thing — taking care of our guests and giving them a place they want to come back to.
And lastly, I want to say a very special thank you to my business partner — who also happens to be my mom. 🧡
Thank you for believing in this dream. Thank you for believing in Oakleys. Thank you for believing in me.
It was a long road getting here, and it certainly came with its own challenges. But here we are — two years later.
Your continued support, your leadership, and everything you bring to this team is truly unmatched. We are all incredibly grateful for everything you do and everything you have done to help make Oakleys what it is today.
Four years ago, Oakleys was just an idea.
Two years ago, we opened our doors for the first time.
Today, it’s a community.
And we couldn’t be more proud of that.
