Thank you for supporting A&F Creations & Events! Please read over our policies before placing your order.
ORDER NOTICE
• All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
•Birthday party/treat table orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance. Candied pineapple, pickles, kiwi orders must be placed in advance due to pineapples needing to froze for 48 hours before being dipped.
• Availability is first come, first served.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
• We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
• A 75% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date and purchase supplies/products needed for your order.
• Remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
• We require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations.
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the order date will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 35% cancellation fee (35% of the deposit will be retained to cover time, scheduling, and preparation costs).
• Cancellations made after the 72-hour window are non-refundable and the full deposit will be forfeited.
• Orders are non-refundable once preparation has started unless there is an error made on our end.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
• Pickup is available in Edgewater, FL.
• Delivery is available for an additional fee of $0.85 per mile.
• We do not offer shipping at this time.
NO SHOW POLICY
• If you miss your pickup time, we will allow ONE rescheduled pickup time.
• If there is no communication or another missed pickup, we will no longer hold the order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
• We offer customizations including colors, flavors, toppings, and add-ons.
• Customizations may increase pricing depending on the request.
PRODUCT CARE
• Candied fruit must remain frozen at all times.
• Products are best consumed within the first 24 hours for best quality and texture.
ORDER RESPONSIBILITY
• Photos are taken of every order before it leaves our possession for quality assurance.
• Once an order has been picked up or delivered, A&F Creations & Events is no longer responsible for damages, melting, mishandling, or storage issues.
By placing an order with A&F Creations & Events, you agree to all policies listed above.
