We’re building the NEW NEPTUNE’S — and we’re looking for experienced, energetic BARTENDERS who know how to make great drinks, take care of guests, and keep the party moving!

If you’re fast, friendly, professional and can handle a packed bar on a Friday or Saturday night, we want you on our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide exceptional service to every guest
Prepare cocktails, b**r, w**e and other beverages
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked bar
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Follow responsible alcohol service and company policies
Maintain proper bar inventory and communicate when supplies are needed
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff and management
Keep the bar area clean throughout the shift
Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
Stay calm, professional and efficient during high-volume service

Experienced bartenders are strongly preferred.

Neptune’s Bar & Grill is getting ready to bring a new energy to Daytona Beach’s Main Street, and we’re building our kitchen team!

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hardworking LINE COOKS who know how to move fast, work clean, and put out great food consistently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
Work multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, prep and expo
Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Properly prep and stock your station
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Help maintain consistent portion sizes, presentation and food quality
Follow kitchen procedures and chef/management direction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous line-cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies
Team player who takes pride in their work
Must be dependable — showing up matters!
