Today, a great man is being laid to rest. Raymond "Ray" Bertschy. There are customers who become friends. Ray was a great friend of Carmels restaurant. When he came in, everybody smiled. His heroic career in the Marines is to be honored. His kindness to others cant be measured. We were honored to have you in our life. RIP in peace dear gent. A pic with Shannon and another hanging with us during our cleaning out days after the restaurant was sold. .

At the Somewhere Lounge, Reaching out to the Carmels OSU Saturday game crowd. This Saturday, Cassie and Bob hosting Ohio State - Penn State game at Noon. I am bringing my fryer to serve up Carmel's original wings and fries, Bowls of queso and chips at a great game price. Complimentary dogs as usual. And did I say Bobaritas too. Come join us for some yelling and fun.

Here ya go folks, all you need to know about the next exciting generation for Carmels and the Parkmoor tradition. I personally am nuts about rotisserie chicken and smash burgers.

Three Birds will feature New American cuisine with a variety of items on the menu such as smash burgers, rotisserie charbroiled chicken, corn dog shrimp and salads.
