"Don't ruin my lederhosen" is officially on tap! 🍻Our brand new, traditional Oktoberfest marzen is rich, clean, malt-forward, and ready for your steins. What makes it so special? We took the extra, time honored step to double decoct this batch with help from our friend over at kavocadobeer This traditional process involves pulling a portion of the grain mash, boiling it separately, and returning it to the main mash. Doing this twice caramelizes the sugars, yielding a deeply complex malt profile, a beautiful amber hue, and a crisp, authentic finish! Get it before it’s gone🍻

Another fresh lager on tap!🍻 The Franconian Landbier 🍻 A traditional style rustic German lager that we decocted with under modified malts to really give you the rustic taste featured in this style of beer. Expect a malt-forward bready character, balanced by a polite, clean noble hop bitterness and high drinkability. This is one of our brewers favorites, and we hope you enjoy it too! Cheers🍺

NEW BEER ALERT 🚨‼️ “Left on Read” We are so excited to present this FRESH hopped Red Ale! In order for a beer to be deemed “Fresh Hop” the hops must be used within 24hrs of harvest. We got some amazingly fresh Cascade hops right from our backyard friends UTIAG at the University of Tennessee. Come by, grab a pint and support local!

I wanted to promote this event we are attending to get the word out. October 3rd we will be participating in a great event for a wonderful cause. Every ticket sold sends proceeds to help local animal shelters.

I will always remember learning from my grandmother that putting a spoon over a pot will keep it from boiling over. While we aren't 'boiling' anything in this picture, sometimes old habits die hard.
