Showcase Thursdays At Yellow Cab Tavern

08/25/2026

Thank you to all the people who came out last night to put the Showcase to bed. I appreciate all the really nice comments and posts about it.
Special thanks to all the players who've played the Showcase over the years, and the people who LISTENED. Also, to Paige Beller, who introduced me to Tara and Mark and got the whole thing started. To Yellow Cab Tavern for sticking with it during good and bad weeks, and to the bar staff who kept everyone sufficiently inebriated to put up with me all these years.
See you all down the road.

What an amazing Elvis birthday +1 tribute last night! Thanks to J. Todd Anderson, Debbie De Casio, Tony Peters (best-dressed award), and Todd the Fox for making the King smile up at Graceland in the sky.
And let's not forget DonWynegar and Marceia Cornwell for the percussion and bass backup for everyone.
