CLOVERLEAF - Employee of the Month for September 2026

Meet our Sous Chef Jacob!

At just 19 years old, Jacob has already accomplished a great deal in the culinary world. He began his culinary adventure by completing two years of culinary training at a vocational school in Tuscola County. He then continued his education at Mott Community College, where he earned his associate degree in culinary arts while working at the Country Club of Lansing.

Jacob has been a fantastic addition to the team at Stix Restaurant at Sugarbush Golf Club. He started with us as a line cook and quickly demonstrated his dedication, talent, and leadership, working his way up to Sous Chef.

Thank you, Jacob, for all of your hard work, commitment, and everything you bring to the Stix team. We’re proud to have you with us and look forward to watching you continue to learn, grow, and build your culinary career with us here at Stix!
