The Pasta Exchange and Davis Wine Bar are pleased to announce two holiday scheduled dinners, this time, both, on Saturdays! 

Following the Christmas and New Years holidays, reservations are now open for the 27th and the 3rd.  Booking has been live and already filling up.  Reserve online at DavisWineBar.com

The Pasta PopUp at Davis Wine Bar is extended through the holiday season!! The Pasta Exchange flips Davis Wine Bar each week on Saturday into an a la carte restaurant serving fresh pastas & snacks along with artisanal wines & cocktails.
 
The Pasta Exchange will be taking a break after 1/3/26 and returning in February with an updated menu.  Follow us on Instagram for future reservation dates.

From last nights Friday dinner with The Pasta Exchange.

The dish that drew phenomenal feedback: Braised Lamb Shoulder with freshly made fusilli, mirepoix, pickled peppers, arugula, and shaved Parmesan.

Guests who paired it with our red wine special — a fresh, flinty, fine-tannic Limniona from Greece — discovered an even more elevated experience.
