We’re in the home stretch now… and it’s all becoming REAL. 🔥🏗️
From the inside walls going up, to the rooftop views, to the garage-style roll-up windows that are going to bring the outside in — every day gets us one step closer to opening the doors of Bienville Bar & Grill on Dauphin Island. 🌊🍻

The vision we’ve had for this place is finally taking shape, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with all of you. We’re building more than just a restaurant — we’re creating a place for locals, visitors, friends, and families to gather, relax, eat great food, and make memories.

We can already picture the sunsets, the cold drinks, the live atmosphere, and the amazing meals shared here.

And trust us… we’re getting VERY close to revealing our new menu. 👀🔥

WE’RE OVER THE HALFWAY POINT 🚧🔥
Things are moving FAST — insulation going in, walls going up, electrical and plumbing getting dialed in, and concrete is up next !
It’s all starting to come together and we can finally see it taking shape… and we’re getting more excited every single day.
Dauphin Island — we can't wait, to see this place come alive with guest, locals and visitors 🌊

Every day it’s starting to look more and more like the place we’ve been dreaming about. Watching this building take shape from the ground up has been such an incredible experience, and we’re so excited to see the progress happening right in front of us.

The ground is cleared, the pilons are in the ground, and the trusses have been delivered 🙌
Seeing everything start to come together is such an incredible feeling. This has been a dream in the making, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

Yesterday marked an exciting milestone as we officially broke ground on our new restaurant in the beautiful Town of Dauphin Island. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this moment possible—from the Town of Dauphin Island and local leaders for their continued support, to the community members who joined us for the groundbreaking and shared in our excitement.
Most importantly, thank you to our amazing team and partners whose hard work, dedication, and belief in this project are bringing this vision to life. We are truly thankful for the support and encouragement we’ve received, and we look forward to creating a place that the Dauphin Island community can be proud of.

📣 Big News for Dauphin Island!
We’re excited to officially announce that groundbreaking for Bienville Bar & Grill will take place today Monday, February 2nd at 2:00 PM.
We’d like to extend an open invitation to anyone who would like to stop by 1808 Bienville and be part of this special day.
This project has been a long time in the making, and we are thrilled to finally share this milestone with our community. We are targeting approximately a six month completion, and we are incredibly confident in the team behind this project.
We would like to give a sincere thank you to the many people who helped make this possible as well as your support.
