was established in 2013 by owners Steve McDonald of Dodgeville, WI and Kevin Keisling of Oregon, WI . Our hopyard is located on the McDonald family farm west of Darlington, WI. The 140 acre farm, recognized as a Century farm in 2013, has a diverse planting including 25 acres of hardwood trees and native prairie grasses. Steve and Kevin began growing hops in 2012 and now have 4 acres of Cascade, Ce

ntennial, Nugget and Perle hops with plans to continue expansion of 30 acres. We share a passion for local craft beer and are excited about the opportunity to supply local ingredients!
