Let’s face it, opening a restaurant is hard, especially in a pandemic. We want to thank you all for your support and understanding as we figure things out in such crazy times.

That being said, we have a few things to figure out. We want our team to be well versed in cooking, our menus to be finalized, and our overall atmosphere to become even cozier.

We plan on reopening on January 2nd, 2021. With this extended time being closed, we’re going to take time to update menus and improve. We are so excited to see you all in a little over a month from now! Stay tuned for updates, and remember to keep supporting local 😋 Have happy, safe, and healthy holidays! ❤️

Out of an abundance of caution, and in accordance with Massachusetts State guidance and health and safety protocols, Tavern156 will be closed for 14 days starting on today, reopening on Saturday, 11/29.

During this time we will be doing a deep sanitizing and cleaning to cleanse the establishment and test all staff members prior to reopening the business. We wish you all a safe few weeks and thank you for your patience.

This is so unfortunate especially in such a crazy time. We’re following state protocols strictly and want to be as transparent with our customers as possible. We thank you so much for your patience and your support with us!
