Rumple Minze Cinnamint Whiskey is the new 100-proof mashup of icy peppermint and blazing cinnamon heat — basically Fire & Ice already mixed and ready to ruin your decision-making. It’s Rib Wednesday at The Echo Inn and things are getting messy in the best way. Fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs hit at 1pm served with house-made potato salad, house-made baked beans, and garlic bread.

Taco ’bout a good Tuesday 😏🌮

We’re serving up all the Taco Tuesday favorites today at The Echo Inn — crunchy tacos, street tacos, fish tacos, loaded nachos, quesadillas, taco salads, fajitas, taco soup and more. Basically if it belongs in a tortilla (or on top of chips), we’re into it.

Ground beef, chicken, carnitas, or carne asada… the hardest decision you’ll make today is how many tacos is “too many tacos.” (Trick question. It doesn’t exist.) 🌮🍻
