Hillside Tavern has put together a DELICIOUS St. Patty’s Day Food and Drinks Menu! The infamous St. Patty’s Day Parade is this Saturday, March the 15th.

We’re far enough from the action to where we won’t be overrun by any craziness, but we’re close enough to the action to be a convenient spot to enjoy the rest of your post-Parade day!

We have a huge parking lot, so parking will not be a problem no matter how busy it gets!

The following drink specials are good all day Saturday (11 am - 11 pm) and all day Sunday (11 am - 9 pm): $5 Guiness, $7 Teeling, $14 Pot of Gold (Teeling, Honey, Lemon), $14 Irish Mule (Teeling, Ginger B**r), and $14 Irish Kiss (Teeling, St. Germain, Lemon, Simple Syrup).

All-day Saturday and while-supplies-last Sunday the kitchen will be serving up a $24 Corned Beef Platter with Braised Cabbage & Carrots, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Pickled Mustard Seeds, and Guinness Mustard and also a Shepherd’s Pie with Ground Beef, Peas, Carrots, Onion Gravy and topped with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes $20. Lastly, don’t forget the Boudin Balls with Seasoned-Panko coated 12-hour Hickory Smoked Pork Shoulder, Onions, Peppers, Rice, and Spices drizzled with Cajun Remoulade and topped with Scallions $14. This one got me talking like Justin Wilson!

Certified organic 100% Riesling from multiple parcels in the village of Kientzheim grown on gravel and sand with a clay-limestone base indigenous yeast fermented and aged in stainless steel.

W**emaker’s Notes: Penetrating mineral and lemon notes complement green apple and jasmine on the nose. Fresh and clean on the palate, offering pure flavors of wet stone and orchard fruits.

The Paul Blanck estate traces its history in Alsace back to the 17th Century, where they produce a stunning and diverse lineup of w**es from enviable parcels in the Haut-Rhin district of Alsace. Located in the village of Kientzheim, Domaine Paul Blanck produces w**es that are balanced, terroir-expressive, and versatile. Owners Frédéric and Philippe Blanck farm ther vines without the use of chemicals, seeking to gain the clearest possible expression of vineyard character.
