This year's featured drinks are the Cotton and Cask—think a tart, spun-sugar cotton candy sour—and the Big Tex, crafted with Still Austin Cask Strength wh***ey, browned-butter fat-washed bitters, and a strip of homemade candied bacon. Come sip them while you can; when the fair leaves town, so do they.

Safai Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a luxury single-barrel project led by Louisville entrepreneur and coffee pioneer Mike Safai. Double Gold Winner. Its worth every drop. We got it, and probably the only bar in Dallas with it.

Welcome to Sunday Service—a fresh take on our signature atmosphere. Expect the same classic and soul sounds you love, curated by DJ TraeNed alongside featured guest DJs, paired with an exclusive Sunday bar menu of craft ch*****ne cocktails, bourbon punches, and spritzers.
