Our Story

Steam Theory Brewing is an Elevated Craft Experience from our in house artisanal beers, full service bar featuring fresh signature cocktails and extraordinary wine list, and our true seasonal scratch kitchen. Our award winning brewmaster creates beers to rotate seasonally and compliment our seasonal Modern American Cuisine. The decor inside is contemporary Victorian vintage with a Steam Punk industrial twist. Outside our pooch friendly patio has a lovely view of architect Santiago Calatrava’s Margaret Hunt Hill bridge in the re-invigorated Trinity Groves/West Dallas area.
