It's unbelievable we have not touched the tables at Hillside Tavern, especially since we adore the chef and owners. Anyway, they plan on indulging all World Cup and make an amazing burger. Since these were the same owners as Boulevardier (our favorite restaurant of the past) and Veritas (our wine hideout that is now gone) there is absolutely no reason this wouldn't be terrific.
