🎉 PLEASE WELCOME SISINA, OUR NEW MANAGER AT Court Street Pub & Grub🎉

We’re excited to officially announce a new chapter at Court Street Pub & Grub as we welcome Sisina into her new role as Manager! 🍻❤️

This isn’t simply about giving someone a new title. We wanted someone with the experience, work ethic, leadership skills, and genuine care for people to help take Court Street Pub to the next level, and we truly believe Sisina is the right person for the job.

Sisina brings more than 25 years of management, hospitality, customer service, and leadership experience to our team. She spent 11 years as a Hotel General Manager, 10 years in management at Safeway specializing in customer care, and 4 years as General Manager at Westside Pacific Family Restaurant. She also earned her Certified Nursing Assistant certification, which says a lot about her desire to care for and help others.

While the bar industry may be a new chapter for her, management, leadership, customer service, and taking care of people are definitely not new to Sisina.

She is a hands on leader who believes in working alongside her staff, holding people accountable, treating everyone with respect, and creating an environment where both employees and customers feel welcomed and valued.

Most importantly, we want our customers to know that Sisina is here for you.

If you ever have a concern, question, suggestion, compliment, or an idea about how we can improve, we encourage you to speak with her. She is ready to listen, address concerns professionally, and take customer service and accountability to a whole new level.

We want Court Street Pub to continue growing into a place where people feel comfortable walking through our doors, grabbing a drink or some food, enjoying karaoke, pool, entertainment, or simply sitting down and hanging out with good people. 🎤🎱🍔🍺

There will always be things we can improve, and that is exactly what good management is about: listening, learning, fixing what needs to be fixed, supporting the team, and continuing to move forward.

Sisina is ready for that responsibility, and she has our full support as she steps into this position.
